Why it matters
Our public website has not had a comprehensive update since it was launched in 2011. The site was not mobile friendly, the navigation was not user friendly, and the general design was outdated.
This new site corrects those issues and provides a firm foundation to continue to create new features and enhancements. The new website will help serve as a central hub for information about us, our services, team and contact details.
We partnered with Interpersonal Frequency, a website design and development business that works exclusively with public-sector clients. Their expertise and tools for gathering data helped ensure we were investing in the right solutions for real user needs.
