What We Do
As a strategic partner with all Department of Public Safety (DPS) divisions, we strive to develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to increase the performance of the DPS workforce. Our core services include recruitment and retention, staffing, compensation, employee/labor relations, organizational development, employee benefits, wellness, safety and training.
Human Resources has a full-time staff of 25 at the Town Square building in downtown St. Paul.
