Commercial vehicles: School bus information
The Minnesota State Patrol’s Office of Pupil Transportation Safety has primary responsibility over school transportation safety (Minn. Stat. 169.435). The office performs required, annual school bus inspections. It also provides information about school bus driver training and educates the public about the importance of school bus safety.
