Effective Aug. 1, 2024, all utility operators must quarterly provide performance reporting data to the Minnesota Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) by filling out the quarterly utility performance reporting form. An operator is exempted from this requirement if they are not a pipeline operator as noted in Minnesota Statute 299F or 299J and have received fewer than 5,000 notifications (GSOC tickets) during the previous calendar year.
